2/23/16 Update:  The bargaining team continues to negotiate with the district, and CUTA representatives are meeting on each school site this week to discuss developments.  Please plan to attend the next School Board Meeting on Wednesday, March 2nd at 6 PM.

What is 1% Really Worth?

The average salary of a Certificated employee 2014-2015 = $76,146.00

For every 1% increase CUTA negotiates the average employee will make $761.00 more per year

Over the course of a career an additional 1% equates to $22,830
