California Teachers Unions Appeal Ruling On Tenure

The AP (9/4) reports that the California Teachers Association and the California Federation of Teachers, filed an appeal with the California 2nd District Court of Appeal, arguing against “a court ruling that struck down state laws on tenure and job protection,” saying that it was “riddled with errors,” and “is without support in law or fact.”
